Asus releases a new mobile phone, the Asus M310. It is a flip type mobile phone that has a music control outside of the flip. It has a 2.2 inch TFP screen and 320 x 240 pixel resolutions with 260 colors.

The external display has 1.2 inch screen, 128 x 128 pixel resolution with 260K colors. Asus M310 has a 2 mega pixel CCD built in camera with self timer and can shoot 15 frames per second video and has a QVGA display that can play 3 GP of video files.

The M310 can store up to 100 phone book entries that can be sync to Microsoft Outlook and can save 30 missed, 30 received and 30 dialed call information. The size of M310 is 98 x 48 x 21.5 mm and weighs about 110 g.

Other feature includes Bluetooth device and USB for connectivity, WAP 1.2.1-2.0 web browser, downloadable games, MP3 player, Java application, PS sync, Day planner, Calendar, Calculator, World time, Currency converter and stop watch. It runs in a 920 mAh standard Lithium Ion that supports 250 of standby time and up to 5 hours of talk time. Asus M310 works with GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900 network.

Asus M307 was introduced and released in 2006. It is made to work in a GSM 1800 and 1900 network and has a HSCSD and GPRS technologies. It has a 2 mega pixel built in camera that has a auto focus integrated  and has a 1600 x 1200 pixel resolution to produce a better quality images.

It has a 4 MB of internal memory and can be further expanded up to 1 GB using a miniSD memory card. It runs in a 700 mAh standard Lithium Ion battery pack that can support 5 hours of continuous talk time. Another feature of Asus M307 is the MP3 player that is capable of playing MPEG4 videos and the ability to install Java based applications.

It is a flip type mobile phone with a 172 x 220 pixel resolution and 262K color on both internal and external displays. The size of this mobile phone is 88 x 43 x 23 mm, small compared to most flip type mobile phone.

Asus M307 is also equipped with a One-Touch track control on the outside panel that enables the user to Play, Pause Stop, Skip and Reverse the media player without flipping over the phone. It can also do 15 frames per second, high quality, high resolution QVGA video recording.

Success in life needs a broader vision. That is the reason why Asus releases its new mobile phone, the Asus M303. It is equipped with a 1.8 inches TFT display screen both outside and inside and has a numeric keypad for user input.

Asus M303 is a flip type mobile phone. It measures at about 83.0 x 43.0 x 22.9 mm in diameter and weighs at about 87g. Now that’s a light weight phone. It has both internal and external memory. Asus M303 also has a 1.3 mega pixel built in camera and a digital zoom to let the users enjoy their photographic skills.

Asus M303 can store up to 300 phone book entries and has a photo call to let you know who is calling before you answer it. It runs in a standard 100 mAh Lithium Ion battery pack that supports 5 hrs of talk time and 150 hours of standby time. For its entertainment side, Asus M303 has a downloadable polyphonic and MP3 ring tone, an audio and video player, games and screen saver and themes.

Bluetooth and USB are not available but Asus M303 has WAP application for connectivity. This mobile phone is supported by GSM 900, 1800 and 1900 system network and is a tri-band mobile phone

Garmin has announced that they are planning to collaborate with Nuvifone for their new GPS enabled smartphone adding a new Nuvifone model to their arsenal. The new Asus M20 Nuvifone will run in a Windows Mobile 6.1 professional edition OS that has a full email support, document viewing and Opera Mini’s web browser.

It will be supported with a tri-band GSM 850, 1800 and 1900 system and a dual band HSDPA 850 and 1900. Asus M20 Nuvifone will also have a Bluetooth and Wi-Fi integrated. Navigation is also a top priority for the new Asus M20 Nuvifone with preloaded maps and points of interest and a turn-by-turn-voice guiding direction and automatic route recalculation.

For easy direction, you can enter an address or use addresses from your own contact phone entries. Aside from that Asus M20 Nuvifone also offers connected services that can provide traffic update, weather forecast, business listings, movie schedules and more.

In addition to that they also have a new application called Ciao! That lets you see your friends and loved one’s whereabouts by linking to social networks and showing them on location map. You can now go to wherever place they are in. Other feature includes a 3 mega pixel built in camera with video recording, 2.8 inch VGA touch screen, a QWERTY type keyboard and a 4 GB internal and 8GB external memory.
